Founded in 1983, Woessner & Associates is one of the longest established executive search firms in Minneapolis.  We support the growth and leadership of excellent organizations in a wide range of industries on a national basis. A key indicator of our success is that we have enjoyed nearly continual business with our two largest corporate clients, and frequent repeat business with smaller clients since the 1980's.

Our mission is to conduct retained search consulting engagements for corporations. The emphasized word is consulting because communications and consultation with our clients occur at virtually every step in the search process. We are seasoned business professionals and consultants who perform recruiting, versus those who merely recruit. We take pride in our ability to complete engagements in a timely manner. Because we are managed locally, we do not have unreasonable quotas and a significant overhead to meet. We will not accept more search assignments than we can complete in a quality, cost-efficient, and timely manner.
