Our Process

While no two searches are the same, we have developed a successful methodology that has been time-tested.  Each search is customized to fit the client company’s own unique hiring process.

POSITION PROFILE
We meet with the key client executives to fully understand the culture of the organization and the experience required for success.  Next, we establish the position profile with the client and agree on the focus of our search efforts and the expected timetable.

RESEARCH AND SOURCING
After finalizing the position profile and detailing the specific requirements and attributes you are looking for, we begin our research and sourcing efforts to locate the most desired candidates, placing particular emphasis on targeted industries.

PERSONAL CONTACT
We contact potential candidates by phone initially and follow up, if qualified, with personal interviews.  These are essential to ensure that candidates are fully qualified, and that the position provides the challenges and opportunities for career growth.  Motivating the outstanding candidates is of key importance in these meetings.

PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES
Candidates are presented to the client with detailed biographical and experience documentation.  In addition, we will provide a written report of our observations, including candidates' appropriateness to the position, personal traits, factors affecting interest and availability, compensation information and other pertinent facts.  We carefully consult with you to determine which candidates you wish to interview.

OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
During the "negotiation" stage, we provide suggestions on the design of a compensation package as well as other factors that can have a significant influence on the acceptance of an offer.  This is a critical part of the search process, and the search consultant's intermediary position is a significant benefit to bringing successful closure to the process.

FOLLOW-UP
During the next year, we will periodically consult with you concerning the progress of the individual hired. We also contact all those who were not selected and those who were helpful, thanking them on behalf of the client.
